The new incubation centre at Dinnington was designed by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to provide starter business and workshop units to new companies throughout the region.

The two storey office and workshop units incorporate a Bio mass wood pellet heating system, Thermal Mass insulation, Photo voltaic cells and a grey rainwater system.

The contract was designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of Very Good
